- Straight bar Bicep Curls:
- Concentration Curls
- Hammer Curls
3 CARDIO EXERCISE WORKOUT CIRCUIT
- Star Jumps
- Running High Knee
4 TRICEP EXERCISE WORKOUT CIRCUIT (band: red, blue or black)
- Push backs (band)
- Kick Backs (palm down)
- Kick Backs (reverse grip)
- Kick backs (reverse grip) 45 degrees
