LEMON BROWNIES

LEMON BROWNIESJust a quick note, I use parchment paper on the bottom. They come out so easily so that you are able to cut them on a flat cutting board.

LEMON BROWNIES

  • 3/4 C All Purpose flour
  • 3/4 C sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 stick butter (, soft)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon of Lemon juice
  • zest from 1/2 lemon ((about 1t))
