  • Ingredients:
  • 1 — 1.5 pounds of chicken (, beef, lamb or fish bones)
  • 1 small onion (, peeled and roughly chopped)
  • 2-3 carrots (, chopped)
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 ½ teaspoons unrefined sea salt (, or more to taste)
