Healthy Eating for Weight Loss is always a New Year Resolution for me. Losing weight gets harder and harder as I get older.
For me, healthy eating like healthy food or healthy diet and exercise is the only way I can lose weight.

So this year I am really going to try and losing weight, exercise and get me some strong abs.

Eat More Protein To Lose Weight
Add more protein to your diet and watch the fat melt away. Protein can reduce hunger and boost metabolism, but you won’t lose weight if you don’t eat fewer calories than you burn. It is definitely possible to overeat and negate the calorie deficit caused by the higher protein intake, especially if you eat a lot of junk food.
