Layered Lemon-Lime Dessert

Make a luscious daiquiri-inspired Layered Lemon-Lime Dessert for the next party! This lemon-lime dessert can be made with lime sherbet and/or lemon juice.

Layered Lemon-Lime Dessert
 
Ingredients
  • 2 cups lemon sherbet, softened
  • 1 container (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
  • 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
  • ½ cup lime juice
Instructions
  1. Spoon sherbet into foil-lined 9x5-inch pan; spread to form even layer in pan.
  2. Freeze 10 min.
  3. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese spread in large bowl with whisk until creamy.
  4. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until blended.
  5. Stir in COOL WHIP and lime juice.
  6. Spread cream cheese mixture over sherbet layer in pan; freeze 3 hours or until firm.
