Fresh Fruit Popsicles

Just because summer is over and kids are back at school, these Fresh Fruit Popsicle’s are still a good healthy after school snack.

  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 2 Peaches
  • 1/2 cup Raspberries
  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 2 cups juice of your choice
  1. Combine fruit in a mixing bowl, and arrange the mixture into 8 3-ounce popsicle molds.
  2. Pour enough juice into each mold to just cover fruit.
  3. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze until solid
